Location is superb. 7-Eleven and G25 less than 1 minute away from entrance. 2 coffee places - Mammoth and Starbucks less than 1 min away. 1 street away from Myeongdong Main Street. Can’t find a better location than this! Duvet was extremely warm and comfortable. Housekeeping was superb and the brown rice green tea given was delicious. Also appreciated the commercial washer and dryer. 3000 won to wash and 3000 yen to dry. Totally worth it. Gym was small but serviceable. Toilet amenities given are good. I really like the body lotion! Water pressure from the shower was brilliant after a long day outside. Staff was really helpful in helping us to get a cab at 5AM in the morning. Kudos to the male staff working on 11 Feb, 5am. Thank you so much!

The hotel is located very conveniently next to a Lotte department store and very close to the Myeongdong night market. The entrance to the underground market almost directly brings you to the food court of the Lotte department store. Directly next to the hotel there is a Starbucks and a GS25 convenience store. The hotel has a coin laundry on 3F. Detergent and softener are included in the fee for the machine (W 3000) The hotel and its rooms are stylishly decorated and give a sense of luxury.

Excellent location - easy access to subway and buses that take us to all the attractions we wanted to visit in Seoul. Being so central, and so close to bus stops or subway station, this allow us to return to our room to re-charge, in between our morning and afternoon excursions. Takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the shops and street stalls of Myeongdong. There's also 2 convenience stores right next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Useful self-service laundry facilities.

Best staff I've ever encountered in Korea. Fluent English, always available and kind. The bathroom is modern and clean. Rooms have wooden floors. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is modern and well located just in front of a huge Lotte Department store. On top of that you have access to 2 famous coffee shop franchises, 3 relatively big sized convenience stores within 30m of the hotel. Plenty of good traditional Korean restaurants in the area too.

Excellent location - Airport shuttle drops off at Westin Josun which is just opp the hotel - 5 mins walk to Euljiro 1-ga station - Lotte shopping and coffee bean is on the opp road, lotte young plaza is just a few steps on the right and starbucks is just next to hotel entrance - Myeongdong shopping district is just across the main road 2. Most staffs are very helpful
